Was a pet time sup for 7 years took over a local sort, the center manager I'm under is a dirty unethical backstabbing type that we seem to develop often, what's the best way to adjust to a sociopath leading someone?
great advice....and Rinse/repeat the rest of your career..Do the right thing. Document what occurs. If necessary call the employee hotline if he does something illegal or unethical. make sure though you have facts to back up your claim.
Lmfao.I would call the ethics hotline.
I've seen someone in management get fired after someone called. If you exhaust every other avenue that's the way to go.Lmfao.
Snitches get stitches ........... Have seen a manager get fired as well, was only about a year till they found a way to fire the employee who ratted him out......I've seen someone in management get fired after someone called. If you exhaust every other avenue that's the way to go.
If someone is directing people stuff that is unethical on a regular basis they deserve to lose their job.Snitches get stitches ........... Have seen a manager get fired as well, was only about a year till they found a way to fire the employee who ratted him out......
Half of ups management would be in the unemployment line. And that's on the conservative side at 50 percent. You know I'm right...........If someone is directing people stuff that is unethical on a regular basis they deserve to lose their job.
I honestly have seen some questionable things. But nothing that made me say "Holy crap, that's not right." My FT and center manager are pretty decent guys.Half of ups management would be in the unemployment line. And that's on the conservative side at 50 percent. You know I'm right...........
