How to improve my loading speed?

Stay ahead of the belt. Don't get stuck at the end of your sort area, as you will get behind quickly. Always work up the belt. If you have a few seconds, start loading your stacks. Don't get stuck in there, unless you have some one watching your packages. Use your co-workers. If the guy next to you is standing there, have him pull for you will you load.
