So my head is smaller than average, and no @Indecisi0n I'm not talking about my that head.... and the only hat that has ever fit my head very well is the twin hill ups hats they give us. Does anyone know the exact size of the hats or where to find ones similar?

Get one of those flex fit ones they sell on eBay, size S/M.

It's not the circumference, but how deep hats fit. In order for the hat to rest on my head a normal flex fit hat pushes my ears down.
