I got hired off the street about a year and a half ago. Compared to other jobs I have had in the past, its a good job that pays great and has great benefits. Maybe it has changed a lot over the years but there a lot worse ways to make a living.

Run your tail off to get qualified. After that, work at a safe pace and take those breaks.
