If Obama Thinks He Inherited A Mess For His First Term.....

Blames the supervisors that do not report to him.</p><p></p><p>9. Apologizes to fed x and the Post office for UPS opportunities.</p><p></p><p>10. believes ups has hurt FedX and the Post office.</p><p></p><p>11. Delegates huge problem to "committees" yet never follows up with them.</p><p></p><p>12. Loves to play Golf </p><p></p><p>13. Hangs out with politicians and feels like a rockstar.</p><p></p><p>14. Has no leadership skills but gives good PCM'S</p><p></p><p>15. Has no clue how to plan and solve problems.</p><p></p><p>16. Plays groups against each other and claims there is too much discontent.</p><p></p><p>17. Spends all of his time -not working on problems --but planning his next promotion.</p><p></p><p>18. When critized with lack of results --pulls race card.</p><p></p><p>19. Claims there is a "war" on all Management by the Union to bring people closer.</p><p></p><p>20. Claims he is a uniter not a divider.</p><p></p><p>21. Promised to reduce cost by 20% while raising revenues --both worse.</p><p></p><p>22. Promised to reduce lost time injuries and disabilities --both skyrocked.</p><p></p><p>23. Promised to close the old "barn" --still in Operation.</p><p></p><p>24. Promised no more Discipline -his talks would solve everything.</p><p></p><p>25. Clearly stated that if he was not successful -he should be demoted.</p><p></p><p>26. Borrowed tons of money from other companies to invest in a better UPS -Money spent -no results.</p><p></p><p>27. Claims he truly cares about laid off drivers --yet parties weekly running up expense account.</p><p></p><p>28. Claims the Operation will get better by doing the same for four more years.</p><p></p><p>29. Claims he should be given an "incomplete grade" but not accept PERSONAL responsability.</p><p></p><p>30. All Publications claim how great he his --not our watchdogs.</p><p></p><p>31.
