Not all countries do a good job of reporting criminal activity so a comparison is difficult . european countries and democratic strongholds in the US avoid reporting migrant crime for the obvious reasons.  Good luck getting an accurate crime rate report out of any dictatorships. the short answer is your assumption may or may not be accurate. with that said do you really want someone else's criminals here?</blockquote>
