The legislative branch is a coequal branch of government. The president doesn't tell the House anything including what to do as Trump is now discovering. And by the way if a Republican president did anything similar to what Trump is accused of doing along with damning evidence to back it up does a Republican controlled House not have an obligation to exercise it's constitutional duty regarding it's oversight of presidential actions? It would appear that you believe that they don't And once again the first thing you brought up regarding Barrack Obama is that he's  African American .
