Go in there with a good attitude. Don't kiss anyone's ass because they don't deserve it. If you feel like something isn't right then ask a union steward. If your supervisor tells you to work harder just say okay and keep doing what your doing. If they ask you to be a supervisor, say no, because you aren't special and they didn't pick you because you are special, they picked you because you are a sucker. Find someone who has been there a while and become friends with him, he will teach you more than anyone else can. I'm sure there is more but I'm tired and going to bed.
