In your experience, how long do ft driver positions take to get filled?

Once that bid sheet goes up, when do they start hiring?

Well if you sign the bid and your the highest seniority to bid the position. They would first need to have you take a DOT physical and pass, pass a back ground / driving record check and then you would need to get sent to driving school and successfully pass driving school. That could happen in a week or two or a couple of months down the road.

Don't forget the road test, that's probably first.

Tha
Where you the highest seniority person in the bidding area to sign it ? your bidding area could cover more than one building and center. My bidding area cover 3 building and 4 centers.
Im sure that makes the bidding process fun. My center can barely handle bidding one route in a single center building.
