Hi.
The IRS wants to see my 2016 1095C form from UPS. I was part time last year and my benefits kicked in June 2016. The problem is that UPS does not post the 1095 C online for part timers and I never received anything in the mail. I've sent numerous emails and phone calls to HR to see if they can reissue me a copy but have been no help. I would imagine that despite not posting it online UPS legally would have to have a 1095 C with my name on it. Is there any way I can get access to the form or is there anybody that has a clue on how to go about this?

I would call the insurance company. They would have the copy and it would also list your dependants and their SSI numbers on it. IF they state they will mail it and it doesn't come or is emailed to you - call back in 7-10 business days.
Good luck. I would think it would have a check mark for 1085C on the W-2 that you received.
