Interest and penalties

Question how do the Laborer determine how much they pay out interest and penalties to a worker that won their grievance?

For local feeder drivers, sure. For everyone else, if there isn’t a good fast food chain or restaurant somewhere in my run I’m filing.
This is literally what are breakrooms look like now.

Except our breakroom vending machines break, because some of them are automatic, you put the number in for what you want, and instead of dropping it like a normal machine, a mechanism grabs it take it to a slot where you can grab it.

Until it gets all screwed up and starts dropping $#!t at the bottom and it gets stuck until the company that refills it can fix it, so you got like 10 sodas stuck at the bottom.

No punching in #s here. It's just like a 7/11. Problem is the PTers still think they can walk out with something for free even though there are sign everywhere saying you're on camera lol

Oh but wait didn't that Wilburforce guy say you can't be fired unless it's witnessed by a UPS employee?

If you didn't see it, it doesn't exist.

So, what’s the problem
We had a candy bar machine from the 60’s and a coffee machine that was so bad only feeder drivers would drink it and a picnic table that also served as the :censored2:house lawyers offices

But candy was only five cents at the time, not worth grieving over, unlike now where a Kit Kat cost $1.85 or a soda costs $3.00.. I heard when all snacks are gone, the employees do a wildcat strike until they are replenished.

Tell me more of these “break rooms” and “vending machines” of which you speak. We’re lucky to have one functioning toilet.
