We don't have that.
So, you guys can say "It's cloudy out" pkg. cannot be del'd?

Pretty much. It's up to our discretion. If we feel unsafe delivering a package we can call and request weather exception. The terminal gives us approval and we attempt later. Or if its a really bad snow storm we can just shut down for the day and code 82 everything on the truck.
