They haven't swept our trucks in years and it shows.
There may very well be some porn under the filth in some of the spares I drove last week while my truck was on PMI, but I never saw any.

Ok yesterday I delivered to a porn store. I likely will today. There is no back door delivery (lol I know I know). I have to walk right thru the front door into the middle of all the porn and deliver. I won't lie I look forward to this stop.
Lets play devils advocate though. Say for religious reasons I don't want to deliver there what would be my rights and would ups have to do anything to cater to me?
I deliver to another porn store/ private male "spa". The owners are very openly gay. This I don't have a problem with. What I do have a problem with is every door is locked in this place. Sometimes u even have to ring a bell at the front door. I know what goes on at this place and by no means do I want to walk in on it one day.

I will go one further----NY prohibits smoking in commercial establishments yet the owner and employees of a head shop that I deliver to all openly smoke. I am very much anti-smoking----would I have the right not to deliver to this stop?

I've thought about it and then remember its just the town the center is located in that is no smoking not the entire state.

I dont know of anything that can be done, as long as the driver is reading/looking at it while on meal or break.. I see no problem with it...

Was made to take driver training twice. Something about too much time had elapsed before my last seasonal, and then going FT. I was bored during most of it, so I would ask strange scenario questions like this, because I used to deliver to a porn shop. He said that it would be fine to object to that delivery. In reality, bet your OCS/center manager would have you knock on the door instead of entering.
As for smart phones and the internet, porn is a strange animal. According to a podcast I listen to, VHS tapes are still alive and well do to the industry. Guess the old pervs stick to their ways. Like if you deliver to a Barnes and Noble. Always see some old pervs looking at smut mags in the comfy seats.
They sell pipes for smoking leafy substances (ie. tobacco). The exposure you are getting from that smoke wasn't the reason for the law in New York. It was for protection of the employees.
In regards to 'drug paraphernalia' reference, so just because the govt says that marijuana is bad for you...you believe them? Other states have stopped enforcing laws against possession and some are even taxing it? Good luck finding someone stoned out from smoking weed behind the wheel.

Wrong. Most stoners are just too lazy to even get in the car. You find them all crashed out on a futon in their mother's basement next to a bag of Funions.
