Is there an actual HR payroll phone number?

To make a long story short the IRS keeps faxing payroll to stop taking a percentage of my check (for an old tax bill in 2011 that is now paid off) and each week payroll keeps giving them money. For the past 3 weeks I call the IRS every Thursday and tell them they took money again and they says “ok we will fax them again” (512#). They just took money again. I’m going crazy. I even faxed a letter saying stop sending the IRS money!

How do I get ahold of an actual person????

Perhaps the OP should go to his/her state's Dept of Labor, Wage division and ask them to contact UPS.

This usually gets results.

Don't worry. Your garnishment will end and the IRS will send the overpayments to your address of record.
