IT Associate Starting Pay

Hey guys. I'm finishing up my degree in May and am trying to get promoted from a PT Sup to a FT specialist with the job title of IT Associate. I can't seem to find anything anywhere on what the expected pay is for this job. Does anyone have a clue what the expected wage is for a given area?

there's a pretty big range based on geographic location, current pay, and years of service.....based on what I've seen. It's been a few years so that all may have changed.
