I do realize that it's hard for supervisors to avoid "supervisor working grievences" at the spur of the moment when there are numerous call ins and no cal no shows and none of the people that signed the list to get called in to cover for those abscences those won't answer their phones. It's hard on superivsors and hourlies too. The grievences I agree with are the ones where sups blantantly violate the contract.</p></blockquote><p></p>
