If they use them for criminal investigation they are usurping the power of the executive, and doing it without due process limitations. If it's a matter of getting gossip on record under oath, they are usurping the power of the judicial, and doing it without due process limitations. Every branch seems to want to be a dictatorship, there ought to be a penalty for them when they step outside the bounds of their power.</p></blockquote><p></p>
