Looks like the management team is being transformed!

In my oponion, great move by carol in getting rid of these 2 clowns! UPS technology is a joke and way behind other companies. Transformation has been a total :censored2:show and complete diaster

Price did not last that long, came over from Wal_Mart. How did that work bringing in someone else from the outside??
Now they are repeating that again looking for a CIO. Best of luck with that.

Price was an “at will” position, saw his exit package several years ago...can not recall much of it except for a million dollar buyout. Perez did retire with 32 years in, with his life long stock perks and very fat pension he is set for life.

Sure either of them wont have to work ever again. But do you really think it was their choice to "retire". Or were they forced out?

It is funny that Price was hired for "trannsformation" yet Carol transformed his position!

When you are that level why retire unless it is due to health reasons. They were offered a deal that they could not refuse and took it...(🥾🥾 ed) in layman terms but comfortably booted... with a non disclosure clause of course...

Maybe Price was done with his assignments and left to pursue further interests rather then being kicked to the curve, I believe that he was the younger of the two.

Could that the great “Moo” 🌋 demanded a sacrifice...

I think Price was hired as a candidate for the CEO job. The Transformation position was created as a place to stick him. When he didn’t get the CEO job he was moved to International. When he didn’t get the job he was the odd man out. He’s probably looking for a CEO job somewhere else.

Perez getting the boot has been long overdue. IT has been a train wreck for decades, run by washed up Accounting people since the 80s until Perez. They need to put someone in that position who is going to make BIG changes sooner than later.

Perez is 53 - not old enough to retire with full pension and benefits. Seems more likely he got the old heave-ho. Well deserved!

Who’s next...any suggestions?
Hard to tell. In terms of pure incompetence it would have to be Charlene Thomas. But due to her skin color and reproductive hardware it’s doubtful she’ll get the axe. She was yanked from running HR pretty fast and put in charge of diversity or some nonsense where she cans do much damage. WTF does she do all day? Who knows..

You sound jealous lol. Old white guys hate working for a black woman. Deal with it.

You sound like your old self. A bitter black guy with a chip on his shoulder. Pretty unhappy way to go through life.
Lol. Retired and still posting on a site about your former employer about :censored2: you know nothing about.

That’s a pretty unhappy way to go through life lol.
