How do NYC or other high traffic areas follow the truck length space between package car and car stopped in front of you and count to three before taking off? It seems like you'd be getting cut off and flipped off regularly!

Sure would make the OJS numbers tank in the Driver's favor.

I recall many years driving southbound on the Beltway (DC) watching pkg car drivers sitting in bumper to bumper northbound traffic. They must have been used to it as none of them seemed to be fazed by it.

So everybody gets deducted points on those space and viz rides!
