Knee replacement

Anyone had knee replacement before?
Doc says I have no cartilage in either knee ... bone on bone.

Got a cortisone shot today ... first time in many years my knees don't hurt.
Getting rooster shots in about 3 months and then knee replacement in early 2018.

I enjoyed my 40+ years playing competitive tennis but now it's time to pay.

A driver friend had both done prior to taking medical retirement and is now about an inch shorter, so good news is, your toes will get closer.

A neighbor was scheduled to have both done. She had one and now says she'll just live with the other one as is.
