Depends on the center. We have a few drivers that are late 5-10 min every single day. They will hold up some drivers sometimes because of it. Rarely ever talked to about it
That's crazy. Not sure how they treat drivers where I work, but I know with loaders - they don't tolerate lateness. I'm not sure if they are as stringent with drivers, but I'd imagine they are. You don't have the chance to be late 9 times, let alone 90. Here's hoping OP can get the help he needs. Gotta love how alcoholism is one of the few diseases you can get yelled at for. "Damnit Jim, you're an alcoholic!" Conversely, "Damnit Jim, you have lupus!"
