Technically yes. Ive been fired for it before but got my job back two weeks later for dishonesty on their part. Sup said i could leave then the next day denied it but i had a witness. I work a second job too and they always give me :censored: for it. We all know part time doesnt pay. But like a previous reply, communication can solve alot of issues right away. Come in early or talk to management on your break. Most will listen or work around your schedule if you just talk to them. What shift do you work? 7 is kind of pushing it for a preload shift. But dont just get up and leave without letting them know. I wouldnt worry too much about it if you dont have attendance issues. Dont steal, fight, show some effort and youll have a job. Just make sure you communicate next time.
