Any thoughts on progressive discipline for sick calls during COVID without any documented proof of having COVID? We've all seen the MOA but it only talks about if you or someone you know has it.

Are there any legal laws blocking UPS from doing so if employees just keep calling in sick?

In my building and region the company has said if u dont feel safe at work then stay out just dont yo yo back and forth.u know unsafe on fridays and mondays.
