Why exactly do these locals have contracts outside the national contract? Is local 89 maybe trying to get the same treatment? Shouldn't I be getting a raise? Haha.

There used to be supplement all over the place but slowly but surely they got phased out into regions. 705 and 710 never let it happen.

What were the major sticking points?

I know at my center in 710 it was the same issues as everywhere else. Insurance, progression, change in work schedules, active service concessions, etc.

Way too many concessions with few perks. We can do better. Happy it got killed overwhelmingly.
