Nikolaidis earned over 240k on 2012 the same year he represented local804 on the melvile walkout where local804 lost that arbitration.</strong></p><p></p><p>Mr. Nikolaidis is also the architect of a term now use in <strong>local804 "last chance agreement"</strong> where a union member that gets fired and gets brought back they have to sign a document call last chance agreement, where they simply give up all their rights and the company can fired them again for any reason.</p></blockquote><p></p>
