Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 4538176" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Not at all.  His initial interviewers said he didn't lie.  Agent in charge Peter Strzok changed his 302's to look like Flynn lied.  Strzok said in his own notes that calls between Flynn and the Russian ambassador were legit but that Biden suggested using the Logan Act and going after Flynn as an unregistered agent of the Russian government.  Which got further conflated into possible treason and was leaked to the media.  They tried to destroy him and brought the full weight of the government down on him.  They were trying to get Trump and Flynn was in the way.  You may disagree, you may call me a liar, but the appeals court agreed with the prosecution that the government acted inappropriately and there was no basis for the prosecution.  Thus they are ordering the highly partisan judge to dismiss the case.</p></blockquote><p></p>
