making white mock turtlenecks for UPS

Hi, i heard that UPS drivers will or can wear white mock turtlenecks under the uniforms. We are a struggling union t-shirt manufacturer in Pottstown, Pa. I am trying to find someone to talk to about getting this account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.- Edski.
