Remember when Federal Express won this? Actually, I think they won more than once. Wonder why they don't win any longer?

I remember....they milked that one for all it was worth. They even named an aircraft 'Malcolm Baldridge'. But times were good then and we were all on board with it I guess (little did we know what lay ahead)

The former Malcolm Baldridge aircraft has been re-named Panda Profit. I also remember when Tom Peters thought FedEx was a great organization. When he changed his mind about us, we never heard the name again.
