Hire an attorney (and of course since its the flavor of the month to be black right now, if its a black person who was truly wronged they could probably get a decent attorney to pick up the case for them anyways to make a name for themselves since itll likely get media attention), and fight it in court. Youll never hear me say we have a perfect justice system, or any kind of system for that matter. Far from it.
