Quick question guys can a PT supervisor go back to becoming a package handler ?
I think they have 30 days to "try it" and can go back if they choose.
Ohh because im Trying it right now and im not liking it one bit
Talk to your FT sup and HR to see if you can go back.
They sold you on the dream and you fell for it? Goodluck getting back.
We have an ex-OMS, now PT preloader. He rarely works preload, as he is a PT cover/casual, as well. (We, usually, have a drink after my therapy on Monday's.)
Lmaoo tell me about it every night when the belt messes up i ask my self what did i get myself into
Go back to being a package handler???
You mean you're a PT Supe and don't handle packages all the time now?
Yeah but its more work and stress smh
no you cannot, unless as an outside-hire driver
man up dude, the job isn't that hard if you can handle your boss
We have had part time sups go driving under the 6 to 1 off the street hire.
I thought the only people who went into management were the slackards who were too dumb and lazy as an hourly.
I don't think they will let him go back myself since he is dumb and lazy.
As an hourly he would actually be doing something and produce.
from above the desk or below?
No you would have to quit and be rehired.
First things first when i was an hourly i worked hard and both my PT and FT supervisors recommended me to becoming a sup so watch who you calling dumb and lazy
Hoax's sarcasm is hard to recognize. He is kidding.
younotme is correct.
My post really did not have anything to do with you but was directed to the few dozen drivers on here who continuously post "the only people who went into management were the slackards who were too dumb and lazy as an hourly."
Separate names with a comma.
