Yes ,men get twice as much as the chicks, because we work twice as hard as them

Aren't men under 5 foot 7 and a half taking a big pay cut next contract?
Only logical, since they'd have to carry a load stand around to reach the top shelf.
That takes time and cuts down on productivity.
Moc, after this contract stuff is over, I guarantee you'll still have to fight choosing either the Boys or Girls room.
I'm sorry but all UPSers both morally and respectfully identify as gender neutral. Neither man nor woman. Kind of like a flower. Hence, the seniority based wage system.
Considering they are having trouble deciding how many threads they need to convey the same point, I guarantee there will be an issue. But I did see in the new proposal that they're fighting for "Family/Unisex Restrooms".

I know in my building, the women would say HELL NO.
All the men's rooms are disgusting, and it's that way because guys in our building have little respect.
I couldn't tell you the last time I saw a clean bathroom at my building. The cleanest one is the center managers office, but even there...dirty and filled with snakes.
At my building we pay Union porters $34/hr to clean the bathrooms.
