They would drive to center and hook up a spare package car (usually the biggest POS in the center) and drag it to you. You then got to switch your load to the other truck and continue your day.  Usually took all of 2 hours for all this to happen. No--they didn't send someone to take stuff off you to make up for the delay.</p></blockquote><p></p>
