However, this is all irrelevant due to the difference in mass - as the joule is a unit dependent on that of the newton, whose value is relative to the mass of the object being accelerated, this is obvious.</p><p></p><p>In the interest of scientific accuracy, this activity should take place in a vacuum to reduce environmental entropy. While NASA and other international agencies have not responded to my inquiries regarding time on their space vessels to begin preliminary investigations, I remain hopeful. Additionally, it would be much easier to account for and remove the noise caused by the Cosmic Microwave Background, whose values are relatively well known thanks to the work by COBE/WMAP/Planck Surveyor, than it would be to account for and remove the noise caused by the inherent chaos of terrestrial radio communications.</p><p></p><p>...
