MetLife Legal?

One of the extras we can get in the otherwise great benefits package is legal work and advice from MetLife/Hyatt Legal. Civil only, I guess.

Has anyone used these services and was it worthwhile? The deduction is a bit over $2 a week, which is just about nothing. I’m thinking I could hire a lawyer for wills, health proxies, etc.

Yes. It’s definitely worth it, as long as you use it. The first time you use a lawyer you get your money’s worth.

I had it for years.

Definitely worth it. You never know when you’ll need it but it comes in handy when you do.

But you can’t sue FedEx with this legal plan however. Sorry. 😆
