What's funny is we are supposed to be some sort of "green" company now. We already know how much green is wasted on management salaries. I can't even imagine how much paper is wasted everyday at UPS because of the focus on meaningless data and numbers.

The only way that we are able to fight it, is by filing over 9.5 grievances. Enough are filing in our center to make it almost impossible to raise the average stop count. The key for us, was getting rural guys to file.

My center tries to trick the trickster daily.
