You do help us change behavior don't you?</span></p><p> </p><p>HA! Supervisiors discipline out of contempt, revenge, and spitefulness. 99% of the time the fact that you have to discipline at all has to do with YOUR OWN short comings and inability to train properly and effectively.</p><p>"Hey boss look!
