Missed a Call from UPS about a Job

hell everyone my names reco and i have been to the ups warehouse orientation and they said they would be in contact in about a week because they have to do a backround check. So when i got in the house today i noticed they called while i was in school.. what should i do because the number is always busy when i call back..
