More and more "fallouts"?

Has anyone else been experiencing more "fallouts" than normal? Specifically new phones? I've had 2 incidents in less than a year where I would deliver a package only to have a claim filed for "Damage" call tag only to find that the phone was missing, but all accessories were present including the sim card...

If it’s from Amazon it’s very easy to scam and request damaged/missing and get your money back. If you didn’t do anything wrong then don’t worry about it at all.
