Tell your supervisor you are looking for another challenge or just suck when you are in that load. Either one, But if you are going to inevitably be a turd to get out of the load, don't tell them you want to get out of that particular load. When they complain you are to slow just tell them maybe they can try you somewhere else and it will be better.

Thankfully our local is strong enough to offer us bids on assignments. They very strongly lean in on the "Prior past practice" language in our union contract to make the argument that loaders usually have the right to load their previously assigned work and not get moved.
