My board keeps freezing up

I quit using the diad holder after the 5th restart. Once I quit using the diad cradle, no more restarts. I should probably quit fighting it, today it added at least 20 minutes onto my day.

What am I doing wrong that makes my board freeze up 5 to 10 Times a day? The touch screen freezes and it won't scan. I can use the Orange button and enter the "find" mode to sheet the pkg but if it needs a signature i have to restart the board. It does this for a few stops then works fine for a few, then back to frozen.... All day long

The cache is getting filled (RAM). Restart the device.

1. Call the sup on the road and have him come out on route.
2. Show sup the diad doesn't work
3. Hand it to them after a restart
4. Take your next stop and have him scan it and enter the following key strokes for a code to enter DOSnDIAD diagnostic phrasing

B. Orange function button
C. 5
D. 7
E. Check Mark
5. Then file a supervisor working grievance
