My pay rate changed from the first check, is this common?

... yea right. Cause we have control over the walking speed of a retiree that HR decides is qualified to be a helper.

I don’t say anything to em except which house to go to and don’t block their door. UPS HR hired em, paper sheet says 13 SPORH as a team (LOL) so the ~20sph I get is doing good.

My helper quit because UPS promised X per hour and paid less per hour.

Sounds like standard operating procedure. Carry on.

Same here. Had a real good helper the last two weeks. He quit because they paid him $3/hr less than they promised.
