SMHIn the USA, thru 2020, about 2000 children are arrested every day,  728,280 total were arrested in 2018...one every 43 seconds.   According to statistics they commit suicide in prison at a much greater rate than adults.The exception is still huge and the pebble thrown into the pond makes a small splash but the ripple effect goes out quite a ways.</blockquote>
