Pretty much. Back then, at least in the small centers with a drivers sort, there weren't many PT'ers. We had NONE in the morning and one starting a 4 p.m that ran the receiving counter, did the porter work and washed trucks . Drivers unloaded their own trucks and washed them (and locked up the building) if the PT'er had gone home after his 4 hours.So basically what preloaders still make.
