Need help with Ivis problem.

Nobody knows who to talk to about it. I just gave up and started using time cards. Does anyone have any idea on what I can do? Also it's not blue tooth messing it up and I also have reset the ivis before I punch in, which is what management suggested and that of course didn't work. I honestly don't know who else I can tell or ask to fix it. They have sent out emails and still nothing.</p></blockquote><p></p>
