New 8= 9.5

Planned day is 9.4(minimum)in our center. Forced overtime EVERY day.
Harassment will not stop, unless a grievance is filed and you PROVE it.
Healthcare cost will be unpredictable with deductible and 20% co-pay.

First contract I am not voting for, and I've been at this 25+ years.

I'm thinking the ink won't be dry on the new contract ratification, and the Union healthcare plan will start notifying us that premiums are going up and benefits down. And if you file grievences to get on the new 9.5 list, better hope you never so much as crack a mirror on a tree branch cause you'll also be on the list of troublemakers they want to terminate. We needed double and tripple time wages on over 9.5 so no one is singled out.
Also, this contract, with it's wage increases means the only thing higher than our new dues rates will be the level of our hostile work environment.
