Lol so without the sort dollar you're only making 1.15$ more than a new hire when you've been there 9 years.

Lol

Im in the same boat. At $13 now and i hit 4 years in Sept which without progression doesnt matter. So if theres no catch up or progression we dont know about, ill be making 1.65 more than a new hire after almost 9 years. This :censored2:s me i guess ill have to do that hybrid crap im not working 10 years for a dollar above new hires.

@Jkloc420

That's already factored in. In the year 2023 a new hire will make 15.50 and he'll make 16.65. He has 4 years in now and another 5 by 2023. 9 years and he'll make 1.15 more

@mikejonesjr we already make 15 start at our hub anyway. By the time it's 2023 everyone will probably be making 17-18 start anyway lol!

I get what he is saying but that's not the way im thinking it works. The 15.50 is for new hires that are hired on the new
