New contract/wages

Under the new contract when a full time driver is hired. How much pay increase does he get yearly until he reaches top pay? I know top pay isn't reached until 4 years. How are the progressions throughout those years.

There are no increases, but the center manager will had out S&H greenstamps.......if you get 1000 books filled you get a toaster.

As you can see, the progression starts slow, but really jumps in the 3rd and 4th years, with the 4th year pay raise approaching $10/hr.
