Average yearly wage increase for a "professional" job making $80k is 2.5-3%. This, at the low end, is $2.00/hr/year.

We have tentatively agreed to a total wage increase of $4.15 over 5 YEARS!!!

If you are a PT, all of your prior years of service UPS has just been dismissed with no catch-up pay or 1-time bonus payout based on years of service.

So, what do I think about the raise? IT BLOWS.
