When will my new days appear on the UPSers site? Right now says my next accrue date for OPD & OTH is 2018?? Cant be right.

1/16/17. I had sick days and personal I didn't use, they get paid out and i don't get any for a year?? Makes no sense.

our floating triple time option to work day that we got by giving up our triple time election day. basically an extra oph to be used whenever and we can work it for double time plus 8

to six (6) days paid sick leave May 1st of each year.
Section 2 – Less than One-Year Seniority
All full-time employees with less than one (1) year seniority shall
receive paid sick leave days in accordance with the following
schedule:
After 4 months’ employment –
1 day
After 6 months’ employment –
2 additional day
After 8 months’ employment –
1 additional day
After 9 months’ employment –
1 additional day
After 12 months’ employment –
1 additional day

Then why did I get 6 sick days already for 2017 that I either used or got paid for? Makes no sense?
