i have a question, i just made my 30 days making $26/hour do i stay with that wage or it is going to go down to $16/hour? i was a tcd before i began my 30 days.

IIRC he stays at his current rate until progression catches up.

That was the first question i asked HR when i was hire full time lol. I still have it written down in my phone.
